Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MainSt. service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MainSt. AI LLC provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service to local businesses ("Clients"). When you call a business that uses our Service, our AI answers the call, assists with your inquiry, and may collect your contact information to pass along to the business.

For Callers

When you call a business using MainSt., you are interacting with an AI assistant. The AI will identify itself as an AI assistant if asked. Information you share during the call (name, phone number, reason for calling) will be provided to the business you called. You may receive a follow-up text message related to your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

For Business Clients

Business clients subscribe to MainSt. under a separate service agreement. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to use an AI receptionist for their business and for complying with all applicable laws regarding call handling and data collection in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

MainSt. provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, or any damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the preceding month.

Termination

Business clients may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms or non-payment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
